Feng Shui talks about a healthy mind to have a healthy body. If there are negative thoughts or any kind of attachments, anger, hatreds, guilt, fear, this will cause enormous hurdles in the path of your success.

There is positive energy known as Chi that flows in our entire body. Any kind of emotional distress stops this Chi to flow in that part and causes some health issues. For e.g., any fear being held in the person near the Manipura or Confidence Chakra will keep not allow the free flow of energies in this area.

If you are worried or stressed about any issue concerning your body, your sacral chakra will appear shrunken .You will experience more fatigue or restlessness and major kidney issues would arise. The sacral chakra gives a Person the Security in life. That’s why it has to bright and energetic.

A very important point also to be noted is that if there are any major renovations in the house or office premise then the Lord of the House is highly disturbed. The Gourd fruit also known as the Volu. The bottle gourd is a symbol of good fortune. It is also considered to be a fruit of the holy nectar. This gives a lot of health vibes if hung in the house or also a small miniature gourd can be worn as a locket.

Longevity Calligraphy which is on a red woven cloth along with gold. I strongly recommend this to place this in the dining area, bedroom, and living room. This is because the essence of longevity is not merely in the long life but also good health, plenty of harmony and happiness for the family.

The Three Wise Men; Fuk, Luk, Sau also known as the three star Gods bring great fortune, health and happiness.

Sau: The first deity reflects the Universal wish for long life (Longevity).He is carrying a staff with a bottle gourd of nectar. With a white crane sitting amidst some pine branches.

Fuk: Reflects the universal wish for wealth and enhanced income. He wears the red robe and carries a child.

Luk: Brings Luck. He represents the power of the high Government official and holds a scepter in his hand. He with his power stands in the center.

They should be placed on a high table in the dining room where they are said to create auspicious chi for the entire house. At the office place them behind you giving vital support and good fortune.

Feng Shui tells you to balance your mind and body and bring them in harmony for getting a better health. This will attract the Positive energies of the Universe to be on your side on more luck will flow in.
