I’m not sure about all of these, but the first one is a photoshop job. This is above the Arctic circle, the moon and sun cannot be located in the depicted positions at the depicted time of year. Also the angular sizes of both are exaggerated, and there is no ‘earthshine’ illuminating the dark side of the moon (for an example, see the moon in the cityscape photo). I’ve seen this particular photo used before to demonstrate how to spot ’shopped’ photos. Nothing wrong with it, it is a nice picture, but not an ‘unretouched’ photo to be sure.
