News: Ghajini’s Release Stopped / Postponed

With just two days left for the release of Aamir Khan-Asin starrer ‘Ghajini’ directed by A R Murugadoss, the Madras High Court had ordered the producers to stop from screening the film. The reason, the producer of KBC Pictures, Iqbal, claims to have acquired the remake rights of the Tamil version of the film and that the film is under progress with the title ‘Kahani Ghajini Ki’ which has the same storyline as ‘Ghajini’. Amitabh Bachchan look alike is playing the lead role.

However, the producers of ‘Ghajini’ asked the judge how KBC Pictures could wait for so long to express their grievance. Hence, they were allowed to proceed with the release of the film. But the exact details will be known soon as the producers of ‘Ghajini’ were asked to attend the court on December 24.
