Bajaj Auto adds a new 150cc variant motorcycle to its Discover series, the 150 cc two-wheeler is tag lined ‘More Excitement per Litre’.The new 150cc DTS-i engine claims a fuel-efficiency of 65kmpl, generates 13ps @ 7500 rpm with a maximum torque of 12.75 Nm @ 5500 rpm providing best balance possible between power and fuel efficiency. The bike features an electric start, disc brake, wider rear tyres, Nitrox suspension and with the help of 5-speed gearbox transfers power to the rear wheel. Bajaj has set a target of selling 3.6 million two-wheelers in a year with Discover alone to contribute more than one million units.
The Bajaj Discover 150cc variant is said to be available at a price of Rs.46,000 all across the country. Like its previous models Bajaj Discover 100 and Discover 125 which net a huge success on their launch lets hope the 150cc variant also brings in great success in the two wheeler market and reaches the target set by the company.
