Dell to Increase More Deals in Healthcare Industry

Dell Inc is now aiming on increasing its sales to corporate clients. For this, the company is developing merger expertise which means the combination of two or more commercial companies to increase its sales.

Michael Dell added that the company is also aiming to increase its deals in health care industry. The company unveiled that it contrives for buying technology services company ‘Perot Systems Corp’ for a price of $3.9 billion. This deal would probably be the largest acquirement by the company which would serve the company in improving its competition with Hewlett-Packard Co. and International Business Machines Corporation.
