Pac-Man is one of my favorite arcade video game developed by Namco and first released in Japan on May 22, 1980. Pac-Man is often credited with being a top mark in video game history.
Game Play:
The player controls Pac-Man to eat full of pac-dots through a maze map. When all pac-dots are completely eaten, game is taken to the next stage. If the enemies (Ghosts) touch the pac-man, a life is lost. When all lives have been lost the game is over.
The ghosts are in four different colors with a different characters and nicknames:
Ghost Color: Red
Character – Oikake (Chaser), Nickname – Akabei (Red Guy) in Original Pac-Man Series
Character – Shadow, Nickname – Blinky in American Pac-Man Series
Ghost Color: Pink
Character – Machibuse (Ambusher), Nickname – Pinky (Pink Guy) in Original Pac-Man Series
Character – Speedy, Nickname – Pinky in American Pac-Man Series
Ghost Color: Cyan
Character – Kimagure (Fickle), Nickname – Aosuke (Blue Guy) in Original Pac-Man Series
Character – Bashful, Nickname – Inky in American Pac-Man Series
Ghost Color: Orange
Character – Otoboke (Stupid), Nickname – Guzuta (Slow Guy) in Original Pac-Man Series
Character – Pokey, Nickname – Clyde in American Pac-Man Series
