Google Announces Chrome Operating System

Google recently announced its plan to launch its own operating system by the era of its Google Chrome browser.

Google announced information about the Google Chrome OS from its official Blog. So, Google confirms that the rumour about the new computer operating system from Google is true.

The Google Chrome OS is an open source. According to Google blog, Google chrome OS is based on Linux Kernel, light weight operating system and it is targeted at netbooks. Google chrome supports on both x86 as well as ARM processors. Google presently also is working with multiple OEMs to bring notebooks to the market next year.

Google interest is perfectly brilliant to release their operating system with speed, simplicity and security as per its key aspects and interest to know and understand what the users want.

Google designed operating system for people who live on the web-searching for information, checking emails, news updates, shopping and just staying in touch with friends. It will be full control of the computer from inside the browser.

Google also cleared confuses between the Android and Google Chrome operating system. Android was designed for multiple devices and Google Chrome OS is specifically for computer. They already enter into the mobile phone market from its Android. According to Google, by the end of this year there will be at least 18 phones worldwide.
