HP Launches 27-inch 2790m Monitor

HP pushes out a new monitor HP 2790m, into the PC market. It measures 27-inch, it is probably one of the largest LCDs provided in the computer market.

The monitor also can be used as a TV set which helps you connect dvd players with the help of input ports provided like HDMI, VGA and DVI. The HP 2790 has an aspect ratio ( width to height ratio) of 16:9 with a dynamic contrast ratio of 30000:1 and an anti-glare coating. It even supports a resolution upto 1920 x 1080. It produces 400 units of brightness which ensures sharp ad crisp display.

You can even tilt the monitor in to different angles to view the screen by leaning or sleeping while watching movies. It weighs around 9.6 kg and comes with 4 watt speakers. It even features an approximate response time of 5ms.

The HP 2790 comes at a price of $500 (approx Rs. 24,080).
