The recently launched HTC handset, HTC Hero is being the third among the Android Handsets from the company. It beats the other two that are T-Mobile G1 and HTC Magic with pre-installed flash feature (Flash Lite 3.1 but not Flash 10) and HTC sense user interface. It acts like a full-featured mobile browser allowing user to view web pages. HTC is also introducing a new profile feature called ‘scenes’ that enables user to create different customized content profiles around specific functions or times in your life and also save it.
The wonderful feature of the HTC hero has Sense UI that is a sense user interface, though it has some TouchFlo technology. It is personalized with widgets on the home screen, managing a variety of communication channels (like facebook) and has a search function.
The New HTC Hero comes with a 3.2 inch touchscreen, 512 MB memory, 528MHz Qualcomm processor. Bluetooth 2.0, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.2mm audio jack, microSD card slot, G-sensor, Digital compass and long-life battery. We have seen less megapixel for smartphones of this type but the HTC hero is provided 5MP camera with autofocus which adds more smartness to the handset. The handset measures 112 x 56.2 x 14.35 mm ( 4.41 x 2.21 x 0.57 inches) and weighs 135 grams ( 4.76 ounces) included with battery.
HTC Hero comes with a price range around Rs.30,000 in India.
