Samsung 3G B7722 Dual SIM Phone Launched

A new dual sim mobile phone form Samsung is all set to be launched in India at a price of Rs. 23,000. The Samsung 3G B7722 is probably the first dual sim mobile from the company, supporting 3G network.

The B7722 from Samsung is a 3.2-inch WQVGA touchscreen mobile phone with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels, 5megapixel camera with 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution, 4x digital zoom, LED flash, QVGA recording at 30fps, secondary camera for video calling and stereo FM Radio with RDS, FM recording. Other features of the phone include Google Maps, Mobile Tracker, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, Instant Messaging, Document Viewer, RSS Reader and support for Class 12 GPRS (4+1/3+2/2+3/1+4 slots) 32 – 48 kbps, Class 12 EDGE, 3G enabled HSDPA 3.6 Mbps.

A microSD card slot provided allows the handset’s memory to be expanded up to 8GB and the Li-Ion 1200mAh battery provided with the phone offers a talktime of 770mins and a standby time of 420 hours. Both the sims in the phone supports 2G networks but only one sim can have 3G support. The phone measures 113.5 x 55.5 x 14.3 mm and weighs 112gms. The Samsung 3G B7722 is yet to be launched in Indian market.
