Samsung B3310 Corby Mate launched in India

Samsung Corby launches a new phone as its addition to the Corby series named ‘Corby Mate’ in India which was previously launched in Europe as B3310. The Corby Mate is also designed like the other mobiles in the Corby series for people, who like stylish design and especially impresses the youth.

The Corby Mate is a slider phone which comes with a full QWERTY keyboard. The numeric pad of the phone is present on the right side of the screen which is positioned vertically. It comes with a 2-inch QVGA TFT LCD display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels and packs quad-band GSM connectivity along with it, offering support for various social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Orkut and an easy access to user’s e-mail is allowed. It comes with 2 megapixel camera with multiple shooting modes available and has the capability of recording videos at a speed of 15 fps.

The Samsung Corby Mate comes with music player and FM radio. It has 40MB of internal memory and has support for microSD card slot with an extendable memory up to 2GB. It also has Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity with A2DP and USB 2.0. The Corby Mate weighs around 101gms and measures 91 54 17mm. It can store up to 1000 entries in its phonebook. It comes with Li-Ion 800 mAh standard battery which provides a talk time up to 5hrs and standby time up to 380hrs.
