Samsung electronics has yet finally improved its older 4GB memory consuming chips introduced early in this year and now introduced high-density 32GB DDR3 registered DIMMs. These devices enable the memory capacities never seen before. For example we take a dual-processor Intel Xenon 5500-series machine which can therefore be equipped with hundreds of gigabytes of memory.
It is a new “green” memory, which uses 20percent lesser power than the previous announced models that is the new memory chips operates with 1.35V voltage, where as the previous one’s use 1.5V voltage, which shows the difference in power consumption. This memory module is based on 72 4GB memory module using 50nm process technology. This highly compact configuration is configured by mounting a row of nine Quad-Die Package (QDP) 16GB DDR3s on each side of the printed circuit board for obtaining a collective 32GB.
