Samsung Launched Metro 5200 Multimedia Slider Phone in India

Samsung unveils a new mobile phone in Indian market named Samsung Metro 5200 Slider phone which comes under the Metro series from Samsung. It is a GSM(GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) quad band phone.

The Metro 5200 is a 1.9 mm slider phone which sports a 3.2 MP camera with LED flash and face detection feature. It has a 2.1-inch 16M (240 x 320) color screen, music player and FM Radio with RDS with a unique 3D sound experience. It also comes with 50MB of internal and a support for external memory upto 8GB with a microSD card provided.

Its Li-Ion800mAh battery supports upto 5 hours of talk time and a standby time of 3hours. Also has Bluetooth connectivity, GPRS/EDGE and comes with a USB port for connecting with your PC. Metro 5200’s other features also include SMS, Email, MMS, HTML browser, Document viewer such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF.

The Samsung Metro 5200 Slider phone comes in three different colors namely Red, Blue and Black. The mobile phone will be available at a price of Rs 7,439.
